I think many people have encountered the similar problems: When the goods was deliveried from you at such as April 01 via express carrier such as\u00c2\u00a0XXX(for example), the operator told you\u00c2\u00a0the goods will be arritved at Canada on April 04, and it’s a global express guarantee.\u00c2\u00a0So you\u00c2\u00a0were happy and relaxed, only to wait for\u00c2\u00a0the\u00c2\u00a0confirmation from your client. Since then, maybe you’re busy and forgot this\u00c2\u00a0thing. Oneday when you remember this\u00c2\u00a0and\u00c2\u00a0wrote to your client, but\u00c2\u00a0the answer is that the goods still didn’t arrived. How\u00c2\u00a0can it\u00c2\u00a0happen? So anger you’re.<\/p>\n

You contact\u00c2\u00a0the carrier, tell\u00c2\u00a0him the tracking number, and find out the goods\u00c2\u00a0ware\u00c2\u00a0really in transmitting. Your client chose another competitor, you lost this\u00c2\u00a0business. \u00c2\u00a0You can ask the carrier to compensated you for the potential lost.\u00c2\u00a0But can him compensate this new client for you? Money is not the vital, but good client is like\u00c2\u00a0the Amzaon which can give you endless powerful source.<\/p>\n

I have also encountered similar things, it give me a\u00c2\u00a0 deep lesson. So I don’t use XXX any more, and pay much attention on chosing the carrier, if I have a chose from my clients.<\/p>\n
