Mainly six reasons in the following, we also provide the solutions of each.<\/p>\n<p>(1) Factor: contact side of metal domes has dirty;<\/p>\n<p>Solution: clean the dirty, or replace the dirty metal dome.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Factor: the metal domes can\u2019t touch product when pressed;<\/p>\n<p>Solution: Change the height of products or add height of metal domes<\/p>\n<p>(3) Factor: The shape of metal dome is not match with PAD of board;<\/p>\n<p>Solution: Re-design the pad base on the shape of metal dome or change the type of metal dome.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Factor: Maybe have double metal domes;<\/p>\n<p>Solution: find double metal domes and remove one.<\/p>\n<p>(5) Factor: Gold finger of PCB board is oxidized;<\/p>\n<p>Solution: Check PCB and replace.<\/p>\n<p>(6) Factor: Metal domes can\u2019t be pressed down, because of \u201cear\u201d of EMI metal dome array;<\/p>\n<p>Solution: Change position of \u201cear\u201d or increase the height of the metal dome.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Some customers feed back the conduction of metal dome is not good, ask us what reasons.
